- Send your paper describing your talk or poster at the IMC 2005 to the editorial team at imc2005@imo.net.
- Deadline: October 15, 2005.
- Prefered format: Latex (example of a correctly prepared paper, style file, corresponding PDF)
- Other formats are welcome, but it is advisable to send a PDF file as well, so the editors can check equations, special characters, ... If you can't send a PDF, consider sending a printed version.
- Send images as separate files in sufficient resolution (not embedded in e.g. a Word file)
- All the figures and tables should have a caption and a reference from the main text.
The paper should consist of the following sections:
- title
- author(s)
- institution or society including postal address and the author's e-mail
- abstract
- introduction
- (main text)
- conclusions
- references (full references, for example see example.pdf)
For more detailed description what a paper should include see "Writing for WGN". If you consider your English is not good enough, try to consult a friend of yours who has better knowledge of English, before sending the paper.
