Currently, the following fields are used in the Ramses Literature DataBase :
- Number: Unique number of the reference. It is composed of the year of
publication, followed by a dot and a number. If the article is not
in the RAMSES archive, The reference is composed of an X, a dot and a
number.
- Status: Status of the article. When no status is mentioned, the data
contained in the record have been thoroughly checked by comparison with
the article itself. Used statuses:
- Keywords not checked : all data have been checked, but the given
keywords were not checked for their usefulness, or there are no
keywords.
- Record not checked : the data in this record have not been checked yet.
There is a copy of the article in the RAMSES archive.
- Wanted : the article has not been found yet and so no copy is
stored in the RAMSES archive. The data contained in the record has
not been checked.
- Reference: Other reference. Currently, two kinds of references are used:
- the reference number in the "Astronomical & Astrophysics Abstracts"
(99.999.999),
- the reference number in the "Bibliographic Catalogue of Meteors"
(99999).
- Title: Title of the article.
- Book: Title of the book. The Book-tag can replace the Title-tag or the Journal-tag.
- Author: Author of the article.
- Journal: Journal.
- Volume: Volume of the journal.
- Pages: Beginning and ending pages.
- Year: Year of publication.
- Keyword: Keyword.
- Other: Here remarks are written that do not fit in the normal
structure of the database, such as the ISBN number, in which other
publication the article can also be found, ...
