Mailing the report forms

In order to enable a continuous data input into the VMDB you should mail your forms roughly every two months. Do not wait until the end of the year before submitting your results! It is not necessary to send the forms by airmail, as for most purposes surface mail is fast enough. Send your forms to

The prefered way of reporting is through the electronic report form which is checked for consistency and immediately sent to the IMO.
