Registration fee

The registration fee includes meals, lectures, coffee breaks, excursion, t-shirt and proceedings.
For the accommodation, you have the following options (click here for more info):

A: Shared room in Youth Hostel (170 EUR) (SOLD OUT)
B: Shared room in Guest House - 10 minutes walking (205 EUR)
C: No accommodation included - arrange your own Hotel (125 EUR)

The 80 accommodation places which we had pre-booked have all been taken. We found a few more places, about 1 km from the lectures, in shared rooms in a guest house; we provide all ingredients for breakfast as for participants staying in the youth hostel. The registration fee for these extra places is 205 EUR but they are now mostly taken also. You can still ask us for youth hostel accommodation, in case there are late cancellations. If you want accommodation, please fill in this registration form, then let us contact you confirming availability before you pay. We'll do our best to enable you to attend.

Note: we will do our best to take your preferences into account, but cannot guarantee your room partners or the availability of the Bed&Breakfast. For organizational reasons, we maintain the right to assign you to any shared room in the Youth Hostel or a Bed&Breakfast.

Payment

Either the entire fee of 205 EUR (with accommodation) or 125 EUR (no accommodation) or a pre-payment of 80 EUR should be sent to the IMO Treasurer, Marc Gyssens. Please make sure your payment reaches us within two weeks of submitting this form. See the payment instructions for full details.
