Every member receives the bimonthly journal WGN, the other publications require extra payment. In the first year, new members enter IMO as an associate member who enjoy all privileges of membership, except the right to vote and to hold office. However, your candidacy for voting membership will be submitted to the next General Assembly which will normally grant this.
Depending on where you live, you can pay your membership fee either in euros or in US dollar.

For convenience in transactions you may also pay for two years in advance. The prices are then twice the given fees. Remark that within Europe airmail is usually not considerably faster than surface mail.
Becoming a member is easy. Just fill out the registration form and pay the membership fee (credit card payment through Paypal, international bank transfer or one of the alternative methods). Once we have confirmation of your payment, you will start receiving our bimonthly journal WGN.
